The Ridge Friends of School Association
The Ridge is very fortunate in having a thriving and very supportive Friends of School Association, which organises a wide range of social, and fundraising events throughout the year.
The Friends of Ridge School (FOS) is the parent teacher Association of the Ridge Junior School and when children join the school their parents/carers automatically become members. The FOS is a group of parents who, with the help of teachers and staff, organise a wide range of social, and fundraising events throughout the year.
The FOS are not only able to raise money for different projects but bring together the children, parents and staff working as a team to support the school and provide a great experience for all.

If you would like to be part of the children’s life at school, have your say in the events organised for them, share your ideas, and enjoy a rewarding experience please don’t hesitate to come along to one of the FOS meetings (dates can be found in the FOS updates sent by email) or contact one of the committee members. Letters/ notes can be left to the attention of the FOS with the school reception (please include your contact details if you would like a committee member to contact you) or contact the school who can pass on a message to the committee.
